Yin Yoga 

Yin is a slow paced class focused on stretching the deep connective tissues of the body through longer held passive poses (1-5 minutes per pose) combined with breath work and meditation. The main benefits of Yin yoga are to promote a deep sense of calm and relaxation, increase mobility and flexibility in the bod while regulating energy flow for a more balanced sense of well being.
